Kyle loves real estate because of the functional use it has in our lives and how at the same time, it is 98% of people’s largest and most valuable financial asset. Housing is part of our three essential needs: shelter, building memories, and building wealth. This is why he loves real estate. The opportunity to help people realize the full benefits of owning real estate is why Kyle decided to make it his career.

Kyle had built a successful sales profession in the tech industry before moving full time into Real Estate. He is very competent and experienced in marketing and negotiating. As a salesperson he focused on leading with value and servicing his client. Kyle was born and raised in this area, so he has a large network of family, friends, and professionals. He has a vast knowledge of the greater Sacramento area, including neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyles. As a local homeowner and real estate investor Kyle understands his clients desire to own and all their real estate related experiences.
Kyle joined eXp because they encourage agents to collaborate by sharing their knowledge and experiences with each other, resulting in each agent having a fiscal benefit to another agent’s success. Servicing and adding value for his clients allow them to achieve a better life and accomplish their goals.
When recharging, Kyle gravitates to spending quality time with his fiancé, family and friends. He enjoys most sports or any outdoor activity. Whether it is skiing, boating, wake boarding, fishing, hiking, hunting, playing tennis or out on the golf course, Kyle is in his happy place.
