Dual representation isn’t always the easiest and Kyle lead this transaction with the highest standards, values, and respectfulness to both parties! We met Kyle at the open house and weren’t in a hurry to purchase but we did fall in love with this particular property. We loved how Kyle kept us updated and we never felt pressured to rush into any decisions. Kyle did really well in balancing both parties, I feel we all are very happy with the outcome!
